LUMISLEEP Refunds & Returns Policy Effective Date: April 5, 2026

At Lumisleep, your satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of every product we sell. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to make it right.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • In its original packaging
  • Unused and undamaged (unless the item arrived defective)
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

Items that do not meet these criteria may not be eligible for a full refund.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return:

  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery
  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer
  • Items marked as final sale or non-refundable at the time of purchase

3. Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is the wrong product, we sincerely apologize. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery date, and we will ensure a refund after successful verification.

4. How to Request a Return

Returning your item is simple. Just follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@lumisleep.store with your order number and reason for return
  2. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the item is defective or incorrect, Lumisleep will cover all return shipping costs.
  • If you are returning for personal reasons (changed your mind, ordered the wrong item, etc.), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time is typically 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card company — it may take additional time to post
  • Contact your bank, as processing times vary
